Evangelism

Hand of Hope partners with local churches throughout southern Ethiopia.  There are currently agreements in place with six churches.  Hand of Hope agrees to provide a certain amount of funds to be used exclusively for evangelism in rural areas.  The partner church is responsible for hiring evangelists and following up on their ministry.

The six partner churches, with a total of 15 evangelists, are located in major towns throughout southern Ethiopia.
Update: Dukem Church Building Project
Dukem is the latest town where HOH has established a partner church. The church has outgrown its building and has been struggling to build a larger building to accommodate the new members. Church members volunteered their services for most of the labor, which has saved a lot of money in the construction; however, funds were needed to purchase materials to complete a roof. 

In the spring of 2019 HOH received some special donations designated for the Dukem Church Building Project. The funds received enable the church to purchase the needed materials and get the roof installed!
